- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 28, 2019, by Ice TherianThousands spent on furniture, paid for 5 year warranty, then was told my warranty did not cover the tear that miracled itself into my electric rocker/recliner thats a little over a year old. Also claimed they "didnt work with" the company that manufactured the furniture they sold us. Left us sitting in the office for at least 10 minutes before being seen. Was also told to lie to the manufacture saying the tear happened "in the last 5 days." Ridiculous.
